Researchers have developed a low-cost, highly effective head-posture measuring device using the famous Nintendo Wiimote. Described in a recent article found in Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science, researchers developed this measuring device to diagnose an eye condition called ocular torticollis which causes abnormal head position and posture in children with the disease

Nintendo is attempting to revolutionize the gaming experience with the Wii U. Its predecessor, the Wii, was the first system to feature an external tablet as a controller, and now the console company is stepping it up a notch. The Wii U’s controller will feature a 6.2 inch touch screen display, and can easily be mistaken for a portable device.
