Retail led, not official – Nintendo An advertisement said to come from US retail giant Target appears to show that despite Nintendo’s denials the Wii will soon fall in price. The commercial for the week beginning September 27th sees the Wii being sold for 199 USD – the same point as previously speculated – a drop of 50 USD over the current price

Takeuchi expects motion control ports The advent of the PS3 motion controller could see Wii creations being ported to Sony’s lounge box, according to word in from a new 1UP interview. Capcom producer Jun Takeuchi sees great potential in both the Xbox 360′s Natal, and the new PS3 technology, but he believes the latter is most open to ports over from the Wii

Admittedly, my Wii usually sits on my shelf until me and a few buddies decide to fire up ‘Super Smash Bros. Brawl’ every once in a while. So when a Wii game like ‘Muramasa’ comes along, I feel responsible, no, obligated to tell people about it.
